Taking stylistic cues from the neighbouring Grade II* Listed East House, Christmas Cottage's connection to the site stretches beyond its crow-stepped gables and red-brick façade. Occupying the site of one of East House's former outbuildings, McCabe & Abel's construction of Christmas Cottage has been used with handmade bricks, bespoke joinery and skilfully undertaken internal and external work.
